Eleutherodactylus planirostris is native to Cuba, the Cayman Islands, and the Bahamas; unintentionally introduced to the southeastern USA, Central America, Jamaica, Hawaii, Hong Kong, etc.; 0-700 m. SVL 17-31 mm.
